Submitting your first feedback
How to share feedback on products you have used.
## Submit feedback
- Open Dashboard → Feedback → Submit.
- Search for the product, or scan its QR code if you have one.
- Rate the product (1–5 stars), add your written feedback, and optionally upload photos or a short video.
- Submit. Points are credited within a few minutes once moderation completes.
Your feedback is anonymous to the brand — they see aggregated signals, never your name or contact.
