How to permanently delete your Earn4Insights account.
## Delete your account
Under GDPR Art. 17, you can request complete erasure at any time.
- Open Dashboard → Settings → Privacy → Delete Account.
- Confirm with your password.
- We soft-delete your account immediately — you can recover within 30 days by emailing us.
- After 30 days, all your data is physically deleted from our systems, including signal snapshots and consent records.
Notes:
- Outstanding payouts will be processed before deletion
- Audit records (financial transactions for legal/tax purposes) are retained per local law
- This action cannot be undone after the 30-day grace period
