How refunds work and how to request one.

## Refunds

Campaign refunds (brand):

  • Full refund if the influencer fails to deliver
  • Partial refund proportional to undelivered milestones
  • No refund after content has been approved and published
  • Cancel before influencer accepts → 100% refund
  • Cancel during active engagement → 50% refund

Processing time: approved refunds reach the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Consumer rewards: points and redeemed rewards are non-refundable.

To request a refund, please raise a support ticket — our team responds within 24–48 hours.
