How refunds work and how to request one.
## Refunds
Campaign refunds (brand):
- Full refund if the influencer fails to deliver
- Partial refund proportional to undelivered milestones
- No refund after content has been approved and published
- Cancel before influencer accepts → 100% refund
- Cancel during active engagement → 50% refund
Processing time: approved refunds reach the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Consumer rewards: points and redeemed rewards are non-refundable.
