Redeeming consumer rewards
How to convert your reward points into credits, vouchers, or cash.
## Redeem rewards
Exchange rate: 10 points = ₹1
From Dashboard → Rewards, you can redeem points in three ways:
- Platform credits — instant, no minimum
- Brand vouchers — partner-specific (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Cash payout — bank transfer or UPI; minimum payout threshold applies
Once redeemed, the transaction is non-reversible. Expired points cannot be reinstated — check expiry terms in your rewards dashboard.
